HKC-1 is a knurling machine which is used for the 1st step of assembly of thermal break aluminum profile. This machine can realize knurling and assembly of heat insulation strips. The knurling is to increase the axial shear force.

Knurling height and spacing are adjusted by the handwheels.
The transmission mode is to drive the knurling discs to work through the motor, the worm gear reducer and the main shaft.
