MC3-3000 3 axis CNC machining center

MC3-3000 is a CNC machining center,It has X,Y and Z three CNC controlled axis.Drilling,contour or pocket milling and tapping can be done on this machine. This machine can be used for processing windows,doors,façade and curtain wall.As well as other products made of aluminum tubes. Example,the lock holes and slots,hinge holes,weep slots and assembly holes on aluminum windows and doors.

Equipped with CNC numerical control system and CAM software which can read the .DXF drawing.
Simple programming, the software comes with a graphics library containing a variety of machining hole patterns.
Equipped with hand-operated pulse generator.
Equipped with tools magazine,automatic tool change.
Equipped with automatic tool setting guage.
The position of the clamps can be scanned and adjusted automatically without manual intervention
The zero-point stop can be automatically turned over which is friendly for the processing at or near the end face.
The worktable can be turned over on three sides at 0 degrees, 90 degrees and -90 degrees which is friendly for 3 sides processing.
