HJN5A-450*3900 is a fully automatic double head saw for 90 degree and 45 degree cutting, used for the production of aluminum and pvc windows and doors. The cutting angle, length and quantity can be set through HMI and executed automatically.

Equipped with magnetic backing plates for easy clamping,more friendly for the sliding door frame profile,such as Interior door, bathroom door.
Hydro-pneumatic saw feed
Saw heads can be pneumatically tilted at outward 45 and 90 degrees.
Equipped with high precision spindle motor
Servo-controlled right head positioning and feeding to ensure accuracy.
The CNC operating system provides four processing modes: Manual, Form, Over-travel, short( for corner cleat).
7 inch LCD touch screen color monitor.
